百特：分拆后换上 Covidien 前 CEO，组合里最有希望的仓位之一

2015 年三季度 Third Point 披露持有百特 9.9%，成为最大股东，合伙人 Munib Islam 进入董事会并参与挑选新 CEO。勒布认为百特处在拐点：刚分拆出生物科学业务 Baxalta，而分拆是典型机会；新 CEO Joe Almeida 在 Covidien 任内股价上涨近 140%，有望复制那套做法，提升利润率。
