西方石油不经股东投票就豪赌收购阿纳达科

伊坎持有西方石油超过 3300 万股。他抨击董事会和 CEO Vicki Hollub 不经股东投票就进行高风险的阿纳达科收购，消息传出后市值蒸发超过 120 亿美元。他指出 Hollub 2016 年上任以来，油价上涨近 25%，股价却跌了 33%，跑输同行 30% 以上，同时出售现金流资产、过度投入钻井，危及股息。

In my opinion, OXY’s massive and risky Anadarko bet that gambles the Company’s future without the approval of shareholders will prove to be grossly negligent and might possibly cause the Company to lose its valuable listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
